Here are the faces you’ll come to recognise:
Niall Scott
Niall realises that people are more important than property, after all it’s the people you surround yourself with that will ultimately make or break you as a property investor and developer. As such, Niall surrounds himself with good people from coaches and mentors to power teams. Having travelled extensively and lived abroad; during his time overseas, Niall learned that cohabiting was one of the most common themes across cultures. He also witnessed the benefits of cohabiting, which in the UK and Europe, translates as coliving.
Niall is passionate about providing sustainable living experiences. With a keen interest in reducing waste and educating housemates about how to reduce their consumption and live in harmony with the planet, Niall continues to raise the bar in coliving property development.
Ian Bluck
Ian has been investing in property since 2014 and has built a portfolio of shared living, supported accommodation and vanilla buy-to-let’s across the West Midlands. Managing the portfolio alongside heading up Lloyds Bank’s Vehicle Remarketing division, Ian is keen to innovate change, bringing better lifestyles and homes to all sectors.
Matt Baker
An investor and developer of over 5 years who specialises in Next Level HMOs and coliving projects through his development business, Scott Baker Properties. Recognised as one of the UKs leading educators in the coliving market, Matt’s aim is to improve the quality of shared accommodation worldwide by showing others how to invest in this market successfully.
Vann Vogstad
A coliving enthusiast who has built multiple disruptive tech startups, Vann has now dedicated himself to improving the housing expectations of people around the world by breaking the barriers to management, understanding, and adoption that holding coliving back.
Jon Hurley
Jon has over 20 years senior management experience, spending the last 12 running the a large digital development team. The operational role as part of the co-founder team is extremely broad and demands the ability to shape shift seamlessly between multiple disciplines, spanning technology, finance, strategy, & marketing. Key to this are the capabilities to adapt quickly and retain focus.
